Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that that all return postage costs are your responsibility. Returns hand carried to Black Apron PO Box 896 STOCKPORT SK3 3BY will not be accepted due to security reasons.
If you have returned the Goods to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Goods in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. However please note we cannot accept liability for an item as faulty until it has been returned to us and we have had an opportunity to inspect it and confirm that it is faulty.
(a) If you want to exchange an item for a different size
(i) to our PO Box Adress, All returned items must be in new condition, with all original tags and labels attached, within 28 days of receipt. Any items received after this 28 day period will not be accepted for an exchange.
(b) If a different item is required for the exchange a separate order will have to be made.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will refund you on the original method of payment. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
